ABOUT US Our mission and purpose-Sharing the world of gardening with people and animals through knowledge that leads to a more relaxing life. We are HOME-GARDENS-PETS We believe that gardening is healthful for the body, mind, and family. We believe that gardens, homes and pets are gifts of God, and we are their caretakers. We believe that the Home, Gardens, and Pets are all invisibly connected to make an unique and enjoyable life for each one of us; this is our heritage.
.OUR GARDENS- We are a garden information and planning service, as well as, garden designers. We also provide the starting place for those who seek information and advice to do their own gardens. We can design your garden to work a plan over a period of time as you have the time and money. We design indoor and outdoor garden rooms, too, so that you can move your plants and furniture indoors and outdoors with the seasons. You can begin your garden with us! We sell plants and plant materials. Currently, we sell annuals and houseplants in pots and in small quantities . We do not ship plants but sell locally. Most are container designs and each one is different. Some are miniature gardens and terrariums and others are hanging arrangements with wire forms and moss. These are designed with the indoor-outdoor garden approach-moving plants indoors and moving plants outdoors. We sell live and dried flowers and plant materials. Florist inquires are welcome. We strive to educate in gardening. We believe that the next generation of gardeners needs to be trained now. We know that our natural resources are to be used with sensibility and care. We promote biodiversity and practice IPM (Integrated Pest Management). We are in essence: conservationists of the present and future but we are not environmentalists. We strive to recycle wherever and whenever possible and to the best of our abilities. We know that the best solutions to problems are available when we work together towards the single goal of biodiversity of plant and animal life. Our websites support our work with references, links, stores, and merchants which we found to be useful and valuable. |

ABOUT US |
|
OUR HOME- Life begins in the home then extends outdoors and goes into the world. Home is where is all begins. We make nests, teach our children, laugh and cry there, love and die there. Home. We believe that making our homes into public, family, and private spaces is refreshing, regenerates us, and provides the peace to relax indoors and outdoors with our families, friends, and pets. We can help you to decide what you really like in styles, furniture, accessories, and spaces. Our websites support our work with references, links, stores, and merchants which we found to be useful and valuable. We also have our catalogs of “FINDS” for home and garden and pets, as well as, hand-crafted items for your indoor and outdoor living. OUR PETS- We have three Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs and one American Eskimo Dog who are like children to us! Other family members have: cats, fish, guinea pigs, iguanas, and birds. All of the pets make their place in each home. For us, the three corgwn are “warm fuzzies”, as dear friend calls them. We also assist with emergency rescue for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Garden State Rescue (PWWCC of GS Rescue) AND Iowa Eskie Sanctuary when needed. Our furkids make our lives comfortable and fun. Each of the four personalities are quite different which certainly add to the quality of life! We found that pets enhance our physical health, too, as we are more relaxed and get more exercise playing with and walking them. Knowing where to obtain your pet, how to provide care and training, and whom to talk to when problems come up are some areas that we can direct you to for answers. We provide pet information links in addition to sources of medications, training and toys through our merchants and stores. It’s all for the relaxing life, fun, and the love of our pets! |
